Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Solo plan is free forever for early adopters and includes 1 user seat with full access to all features. Paid plans start at €29/month if you need more seats for your team.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can sign up and start using Workcanon immediately without entering any payment information. A credit card is only needed if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.

How do online payments work?

When you send an invoice or quote, your customer receives a link to view it online. They can click "Pay Now" to pay securely via Stripe. Once payment completes, the invoice status updates automatically.

Can I customize my quotes and invoices with my own branding?

Yes. You can upload your company logo, set your business name, address, email, website, and VAT number. All of these appear on your PDF quotes, invoices, and job reports.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. You can invite team members and assign them roles like Admin, Dispatcher, Technician, or Viewer to control what they can see and do. Your plan determines how many seats are available, and you can add more as needed.

Does Workcanon charge for managing payments?

Yes, there is a 1% platform fee on payments processed through Stripe. However, Stripe integration is entirely optional. You're welcome to use Workcanon for quoting, invoicing, and job management without connecting Stripe at all.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data is never deleted. You can downgrade to the free Solo plan at any time from your subscription settings and continue using the essentials. If you're on a paid plan, your access continues until the end of your billing period.
